The service
Spaghetti provides hosted galleries, sharing links, favorites, and related tools for photographers to deliver work to clients. Features available depend on your plan.
Your account
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
Acceptable use
- You will not upload content that infringes third-party rights, is unlawful, sexually exploits minors, or contains malware.
- You will obtain any consents needed from people depicted in photos before uploading.
- You will not attempt to disrupt the service, scrape it at scale, or circumvent access controls.
Your content
You retain all rights to the photos and content you upload. You grant Spaghetti a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, transcode, transmit, back up, and display your content solely to operate the service for you and the people you share with.
Plans and billing
- Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.
- You can cancel any time from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
- Prices are in GBP and exclude taxes unless stated.
Storage limits
Each plan has a storage allowance. If you exceed it we may pause new uploads until you upgrade or free space. We will not delete your content without notice.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, that abuse the service, or that have unpaid fees. You can close your account at any time from your dashboard.
On termination, we will delete your content within a reasonable period, subject to backups and legal retention requirements.
Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party outages, and unforeseen events may cause downtime.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for death, personal injury, or fraud).
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Spaghetti against claims arising from your content, your use of the service, or your breach of these terms.
Changes to the terms
We may update these terms. Material changes take effect 30 days after notice (by email or in-app). Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
