When a photographer shares a Spaghetti link with you, you may view the gallery, mark favorites, and download photos where the photographer has enabled it. Some galleries are protected with a password or expire on a set date.

The photographer owns the copyright in the photos unless they tell you otherwise. Spaghetti only hosts and delivers them. Your ability to use a photo (for example, sharing it on social media or printing it) is governed by your agreement with the photographer, not by Spaghetti.

• Do not share gallery passwords or links publicly without the photographer’s permission.
• Do not attempt to bypass access controls, scrape galleries in bulk, or reverse engineer the service.
• Do not use the service to harass, defame, or harm others.

If you believe content hosted on Spaghetti infringes your rights, email hello@spaghettigalleries.uk with the URL of the content, a description of the issue, and your contact details. We will investigate and act in accordance with applicable law.

When you use a gallery, we record limited data needed to operate the service (such as your favorites and basic device information). For full details see our Privacy Policy.

The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that galleries will always be available or that downloads will be error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spaghetti is not liable for any loss arising from your use of a gallery.
